Holiday Ornaments Cards with Elena

Hello crafters. This is Elena sharing a trio of Simple Christmas Cards. December is officially here and we are busy with Christmas preparations, so making simple cards is an option to get several cards at once.

For my cards I used Square Textured Card Blanks approx 5 ¼ x 5 ¼” size. This time I used Gilded Ornaments Dies from the Holiday 2017 collection.

I didn’t cut the whole circle only the ornament motif (insert) through the card base directly creating a window card. I like the secret frame it creates, and I put a circle made from the same set inside the card for a visual dimension.

For 2 of my cards I used the same dots grey paper. The only thing that differs these cads is the insert used, there are 3 different inserts in the Ornaments set, so I used one for each of my cards and and I mixed pearls and crystals to embellish the ornaments.

I topped it with a die cut bow and a crystal. And placed the pearls on the arches of the ornament. For my third card I used dark blue pearls and the snowflake patterned paper inside

I used the same sentiment for my cards, stamped t in black and placed one of it on a foam pad.

It was fun to create these cards!
