Oceans of Joy Using The NEW Prizm Die Cutting And Embossing Machine

Hello friends! This is Yana and I’€™d like to invite you to turn your white die cuts into colorful elements for a beautiful underwater Wishing You Oceans of Joy card using all-new Spellbinders® Prizm™ Die Cutting & Embossing Machine.

To create the project I’m sharing today I used a beautiful Seahorse and Sand Dollar die set along with a foliage die from the Label and Accent set. Instead of using regular white cardstock for my die cutting, I went with watercolor paper. I feel this it a better choice as watercolor paper not only takes water better, but also adds texture to the die cuts. Before die cutting the designs out I blended several colors of Distress inks onto the paper and added drops of water for unique effect.

I was able to easily die cut and emboss the elements in my Prizm machine and I also stenciled through the dies to add additional detail.

In my today’s video, as always, I’€™m showing how to make this card and also giving your tips on how you can enhance the look of your die cuts using embossing powder.
