Engagement Congratulations Card & Video Tutorial

Hello everyone, this is Yana Smakula sharing another cardmaking video tutorial.

Today I’d like to post one of the more traditional Spellbinders cards with a lot of layers and dimension and to be honest these type of cards are among my favorites to make.

The card I’m featuring in this blog post is Engagement Congratulations card created using several dies from the Botanical Bliss collection.

One of the key ingredients to making beautiful layered cards with Spellbinders dies is paper. I like to use various papers with some kind of special effects, like shimmer or shine, glitter, embossing or texture, fabric paper etc.

There are many different brands of paper out there that work beautifully with Spellbinders dies. For my card today, I’m using papers from First Edition.
