Choose to be a Happy Glamper with the Wild & Free Collection – Video Tutorial
Hello everyone, this is Yana Smakula sharing another cardmaking video tutorial.
Today I’m playing with a new collection of stamps and dies by Debi Adams called Wild and Free. Think about fun tropical leaves, cacti, the desert and all things sunny and warm!
I decided to go with a simple, easy to replicate design, for this project. I die cut and also embossed images I wanted to use – cacti, teepee and tropical leaves out of cream colored cardstock. To add color to my die cuts I blended various colors of Distress ink (I’m listing specific colors below and also in my video).
There are many ways to add color to plain white die cuts. You can use watercolors and add a simple wash of color (and I’m sharing a look at the same images colored with watercolors in my video below); you can go fancy with markers or pencils and add beautiful realistic details or you can always die cut images out of patterned paper to begin with.
