How to Create a Pink and Elegant Royale Flourish Card

Hello everyone – it is Linda Lucas here with a tutorial to share with you using the gorgeous Rouge Royale Collection by Stacey Caron! I have chosen the Royale Flourish Etched Dies with all of its lovely details. At the same time, I am impressed by how quick and easy it is to create an elegant card using just this one die set as you can see all of the details below.

Let’s start creating! 1, Cut/emboss one Royale Flourish Die #3 (Die #1 being the smallest), using pink cardstock with the Platinum™ 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine. 2. Keep the die cut in place in the etched die but remove the excess using the T-001 Tool ‘n One™. 3. With the die cut in the etched die (acting as a stencil), sponge the embossed area with Angel Pink Ink. Carefully remove and set aside.   4. Fold white card stock in half and then cut/emboss using the 6 x 6 Matting Basics A Card Creator Etched Dies Die #5, making sure to place the fold inside the cutting edge to form card base.   5.Cut/emboss the patterned paper using 6 x 6 Matting Basics B Card Creator Etched Dies Die #5. 6. Adhere a strip of scalloped lace to the lower portion of the patterned paper using strong tape. 7.Pop patterned layer onto the card base using recycled cardboard for dimension. 8. Pop the Royale Flourish onto the patterned paper using 3D Foam Squares. NOTE: Line the centre scallop of the lace up with the lower centre of the frame   9. Cut one extra Scallop from the roll of lace and glue it to the centre of the banner. 10. Glue a Mulberry Paper Rose onto the scallop. 11. Adhere White pearls either size of the flower and around the frame. 12.Trim and adhere Swirls finesse – white to either side of the Paper rise.
