Hello friends! This is Yana and in this blog post I want to share a tip for adding colored shadow to your die cuts. I find colorful shadows help my projects (and my die cuts) pop and of course they add more color to my cards.

Adding a colored shadow to any die cut is easy as 1-2-3. Simply die cut and identical shape out of colored cardstock, layer under your main die cut and offset it slightly. If you don’t have colored cardstock, use markers or ink pads or any other medium to add color to your white paper.
