Astoria Labels Valentine Card

Hello friends!

It’s
Linda here with my first post on the post of 2016.  I am so excited about the new designers and the amazing additions they bring with their collections. My card today is created using the wonderful Art Deco Collection by Stacey Caron.

One of the things I enjoy about the Dies is
the way they can be used with different styles – Art Deco meets Shabby Vintage
and you can see the details in the Tutorial below.

8. Cut/emboss one (1) Astoria Labels Die #1 using Whirl White cardstock.

9. Use the Die as a Stencil sponging the
base of the flowers using Electric Orange, followed by Teal Zeal on the tip
using a Sponge Dauber.

10. Adhere to the left side of the layered
image.

11. Attach double Seam Binding Bow using
liquid glue, followed by a mulberry paper rose.

12. Add white pears around the edges as shown

Designer Note: Using the Spellbinders Dies

my contribution to you is to make personalised cards where you can express and write the words of comfort and life in them to inspire, encourage or console. Maybe you would just simply like to express to a friend that they are appreciated. I look forward to meeting you! God bless you, Linda
