Good Vibes Only Inspiration | Watercolor Florals with Rubeena
Hi, crafty friends! This is Rubeena from A Rare Ruby, and I’m so excited to be a guest on the Spellbinders Blog today. This post is part of a series featuring the Good Vibes Only Collection by Stephanie Low! You can find my first two posts here and here. For my first card, I used Rosy Summer Flowers Dies. I die-cut the both dies from watercolor paper and then watercolored them loosely with my Daniel Smith Ultra Fine Watercolors. I wanted to use a non-traditional color for the leaves so I used a dark blue shade. For the background, I did a light wash of gray watercolor on watercolor cardstock…

Hello everyone! This is Kay Miller and I am excited to be back again sharing some more fun projects I created with the new Good Vibes Only Collection by Stephanie Low. You can catch my first post here. Distress inks are a good way to color up your die cuts if you don’t have a large selection of card stock. I have a couple of cards to share with you today showing how you can do that. For my first card, I used the beautiful Wandering Butterflies dies. I cut the background pieces out of Bristol Board card stock. You can use plain card stock as well, I just like…

Good Vibes Only Inspiration | Watercolored Crystals with Rubeena
Hi, crafty friends! This is Rubeena from A Rare Ruby, and I’m so excited to be a guest on the Spellbinders Blog today. This post is part of a series featuring the Good Vibes Only Collection by Stephanie Low! I have two cards to share with you that will focus on the Crystal Peaks dies. To begin, I die-cut the large crystal die and the large backer die from watercolor cardstock. I wanted to try some loose watercoloring so I looked on Pinterest for watercolor gems as inspiration. I did not worry too much about the shading and where the light would fall on a crystal, but it is a…

Wings of Love Inspiration | Simple Cards with Elena
Hello everybody! This is Elena Salo, I’m back and want to share with you another project where I used dies from the new collection On The Wings Of Love. I played with Borders set of dies and created some intricate and funny backgrounds for the cards. First, I made A2 top folding card base and covered the front panel with double sided adhesive. Then I die cut the same die several times using another shade of purple paper every time I adhered the light purple frames onto the card base and after that I combined all details of different colors together. I die cut “Thank You” sentiment from Phrase Set…

Wings of Love Inspiration | Celebrate Card with Joni
Hello Everyone, this is Joni Andaya from Papell With Love and thank you again for joining me on my 3rd post highlighting the products from On the Wings of Love Collection by Joanne Fink. For this post I used one of the border dies to create a background for the card. To begin I first die-cut white cardstock with Hearts and Butterflies Borders die. Then, I also die-cut “celebrate” using Words dies on a copper cardstock. For the Background card base I then distressed the bottom with PapertreyInk in Melon Berry and splattered it with Gansai Tambi Gem Colors. Next, I adhered the pieces together with the butterfly border on…
