Happy Harvest Collection Inspiration with Caly Person
Hi, Friends! This is Caly Person and I’m excited to share some projects featuring Nichol Spohr’s Happy Harvest Collection! I used a combination of products on each card because they work so cohesively as a collection. I used the Fall Greetings stamp set for all three of my cards today. Scare a Crow My first card features the Scare a Crow die set. I die-cut all the pieces except for the eyes and nose using colored cardstock and colored the pieces to add shading using Copic markers. I also used the pumpkins from the Welcome Fall and Wagon Full of Fall die sets. I pieced all the colored images together…

Fall Traditions Collection Inspiration with Andrea Shell
Hello! It’s Andrea Shell (www.blissfullyscrappy.net) with you today, and I am delighted to be guesting for Spellbinders! I am so ready for fall and had a lovely time creating with the gorgeous Fall Traditions Collection whilst dreaming of cooler temps and warmer colors. The Fall Traditions Collection pairs beautifully with the Open House Collection released in July, so for my first card I’ve also used the Open House Door Base and Door Side Panel Die Sets. I backed the windows of the door and side panels with acetate and gray cardstock. For my background I trimmed white cardstock to a 5 1/2″ square and scored it to give the impression…

Happy Harvest Collection Inspiration with Jennifer Kotas
Hello! I’m Jennifer Kotas from Who Stole My Glitter. I’m so happy to be on The Spellbinders Blog today. I’ve got three cards to share with you using the Happy Harvest Collection by Nichol Spohr. All three cards feature moody, autumnal backgrounds created using Jane Davenport Mermaid Markers. To create the backgrounds, I started with watercolor paper an inch or so larger than I needed. I scribbled color at the top of the paper, then proceeded down the paper with each additional color. Next, I sprayed it gently with water to get the color moving and moved the paper from side to side, soaking up any pooling with a towel.…

This collection is part of Spellbinders’ largest holiday release ever – but you’ll love how you can use the Open House dies all year long. Watch video below or on our Youtube channel: Each set in this collection builds on the Open House Door Base (S4-1131). Build upon the Door Base with the Door Side Panel Dies (S2-316), Topiary Dies (S3-414) and Sentiment Steps (S4-1132). Use the dies to create cards sized A2, 5×7, slimline and more. Already have the Always Welcome door from the Large Die of the Month Club in 2020? These add-on sets will all coordinate with that set!…

Let’s Be Frank Two Cards One Die Set | Spellbinders Live
Join Kim Kesti in the Creative Classroom as she creates sweet and spooky projects with the Let’s Be Frank Halloween dies. Kim starts out her first card by inking the edges of Frank’s face. The separate forehead die isn’t necessary, but adds a fun bit of personality to Frank, so Kim added some inky edges to that layer too. In today’s video Kim shares a tip for creating the white of Frank’s eyes. She die cut a second face from white cardstock, and cuts the eyes out. Watch to see how the eyes are already partially cut, which makes it super simple to add this layer. Next, Kim creates Frank’s hair.…

Holiday Medley Collection – Christmas Card Inspiration with Annie Williams
Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m excited to be back on the blog today to share a couple of projects using the new Holiday Medley Collection by Becca Feeken. The beautiful Glimmer plates, ornate background dies, and gorgeous sentiments in this collection inspired me to create three pretty Christmas cards in different sizes that are perfect for sending a holiday hello. I love making mini square cards at Christmas to add to a gift bag or stack of gifts as an extra special tag. Using the buildings from the Silent Night Make A Scene Die set on top of a patterned background from the All Is Calm Word…
