Color an Embossed Ombre Background with PanPastels
Looking for a colorful, sunshine-filled card idea to brighten someone’s day? Pull out your PanPastels and let’s create a sunny embossed background for a simple cardmaking project. Pick up a little Candy Apple PanPastel with the Sofft wedge sponge. Spread a diagonal stripe of PanPastel across the embossed panel. Use a clean portion of a wedge sponge and spread another stripe with Citrus Cooler, and then again with Lemon Drop. Once you’ve covered the panel with color, go back and further blend where the colors meet. In the video below, you can watch just how Kim blends the colors together by layering and mixing colors. To finish this card, Kim…

Cut & Emboss Folders Inspiration | Handmade Cards & Tags with Bibi Cameron
Hello everyone! Bibi Cameron here, I hope you are doing well. Today I’m sharing projects using 3 new Cut Emboss folders. I also had the joy to try Fun Stampers Journey stamps, liquid colors and tools and I decided to use them for my projects today. I’m totally wowed with Fun Stampers Journey Gold Metallic ink and brayer. The rubber stamps are high quality and what I liked the most is that they made me feel that I still can live without my stamping platform. Ok, I was experimenting first with all these products and I made several Cut & Embossed brayered backgrounds. I applied FSJ liquid colors on the…

Cut & Emboss Folders Inspiration | Blessings Card with Ilina
Hello everyone. Ilina Crouse here today. I am honored to be guest designing for Spellbinders and showing you a project using the new Cut & Emboss Folders. If you are not familiar with these, they are amazing. They cut and emboss at the same time!!!! (hence their name). I was very intrigued when I saw them and had to play with them immediately. They give very nice and crisp embossed image and at the same time cut parts of it. It’s like a multitasking embossing folder. For my card today I used the Floret Cluster Cut and Emboss folder to emboss (and cut) piece of shimmer navy card stock. I…
