Creative Cafe: Land that I Love with Freebie

Happy Friday! Today on the Creative Café I hope to inspire you with a quick 4th of July card using our NEW Prizm machine. This is a great little machine for cutting, embossing and stenciling our smaller, thin etched dies. I am featuring our Die D-Lites Collection, Make A Wish and Shining Star sets.

Pictured below is the card, along with some of the materials I used.

Other supplies I used: 4½ X 6” card base; White Cardstock; Patterned Paper; Red-Glittered Paper; Adhesive; Black Pigma Pen; Light Gray Marker; Pop Dots; Sequins

1. Attach a piece of patterned paper to the card front then add another smaller piece of complimentary patterned paper and adhere it to the side of the card.

2. Now I have a surprise in store for you today! I have created a FREE downloadable sentiment for this card. Just open up the file and print away! Once you have printed it, use a pale gray marker to create a shadow on the bottom of the words. Feel free to embellish the edges using a thin, black pen. Trim to fit and attach to card.

3. Die-cut Shining Star from white cardstock and emboss. Die-cut Star and Make a Wish from red-glittered paper. Adhere the red pieces to the card front. Attach the white Star onto the red Star with pop dots and attach to card.

4. Embellish card with sequins.

That’s it! Did you like the ever-versatile Make A Wish die? Would love to see what creative projects you are doing for the Fourth.

Thanks for checking out Creative Café.
