Holiday Twinkle Lights Card

Hello – it is Linda here and I am excited to be sharing a card created using Holiday Dies. The holiday season is fast approaching and these fabulous dies are perfect for any occasion.

 

 

Spellbinders Products

SCD-012 Nestabilities Celebrations Pierced Rectangles Etched Dies

SEL-003 Seth Apter Em-bossing Fold’ers Lazer Beams 5 x 7 in Single sided

S2-232 Die D-Lites Holiday Twinkle Lights Etched Dies

PL-001 Platinum Die Cutting and Embossing machine

 

Other supplies:

White Cardstock; Gold Ink; patterned paper; 3D Foam Squares; Double sided tape

 

1. Cut/emboss two (2) Holiday Twinkle Lights using white cardstock

2. Cut/emboss ten (10) bulbs in assorted colours

3. Adhere to the string of lights using liquid glue

4. Colour the cord using a black marker

5. Cut/emboss one (1) Pierced Rectangles #5 #6 (#1 being the smallest) using white paper.

6. Use the Die as a Stencil, sponging inside the Die using Gold ink and a Sponge Dauber.

7. Emboss the Pierced Rectangle using Laser Beams Em-Bossing Fold-er.

8. Adhere the Holiday Twinkle Lights onto the embossed layer using liquid glue.

9. Pop Up onto precut cardbase (3″ x 4″) using 3D Foam Squares
