Hi there, this is Annie Williams and I’m thrilled to be back on the blog today to share a couple of projects using the new Gnome Drive Collection from Spellbinders. The little gnomes with all of the adorable seasonal accessories from the collection inspired me to create three cute cards for different occasions. Halloween Gnome Card Christmas and birthdays are great, but I love sending cards for the minor holidays because they’re so unexpected! I love that this collection has options for almost every occasion you can think of and I’m starting with Halloween for this cute and fun card. I started by cutting the car and gnome out of…

In addition to the new Essential Modern Ovals dies, Spellbinders has a line of shape dies (as opposed to dies that cut out a coordinating image) that are so versatile. Birthday Card Ideas With Leica Palma
Hi there, crafty friends! It’s Leica writing on the Spellbinders Blog. Today, I want to share with you three cards I made using the new Carissa Wiley – It’s My Party collection. To make a fun background for the shaker balloon, I hot foiled the Starburst Glimmer Hot Foil Plate in Pastel Mint. Then, I hot-foiled the Happy Birthday sentiment…

Direct-to-Paper Backgrounds & Glimmer Cardfront Sentiments by Joan Bardee
Hello crafters! I’m Joan Bardee and I hope you are ready for some fun! Today I’m sharing some easy and colorful cards using the unique Glimmer Cardfront Sentiments collection. Bottom line – this collection, which has 6 separate glimmer plates, each with a large sentiment in a fun font – packs a big punch. The collection also includes a stencil and die that creates a beautiful floral. I paired 3 of these sentiments with a background made with the “direct-to-paper” technique. In this technique, you hold the ink pad in your hand and apply it directly to the paper. I decided on somewhat abstract versions of circles, stripes, and plaid.…
