Video Friday | Inlay Sketched Blooms with Nichol
Hello everyone. This is Nichol Spohr and I’m thrilled to be back with another guest designer card for Spellbinders this month. I love the look of inlay die cuts and the brand new Die D-Lites Sketched Blooms and Sketched Blooms 2 are fantastic dies to use with this technique. I started my design by stamping a text background stamp on Bristol smooth cardstock with Versamark Ink, heat embossing with white embossing powder and then inking over the text with Distress Oxide Inks in Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio, and Twisted Citron. I buffed the ink off the embossing and trimmed the background panel to 5 1/4” x 4”. I die cut…

Die D-Lites Inspiration | Floral Thinking Of You Card with Brenda
Hello everyone!! This is Brenda Noelke from My PaperCut Creations. I am happy to be here for my second guest post for Spellbinders!! I will be using the fabulous February Die D-Lites Release for all of my projects. You can find my first project here. Today, I have combined three sets for a spring-inspired card… I began by die-cutting the grass & fence with Die D-Lites Picket Fence Dies from white cardstock. I also die-cut the flowers with Die D-Lites Sketched Blooms 2 Dies, as well as one flower with the Die D-Lites Sketched Blooms Dies from Bristol smooth paper.
