Hello everyone. Ilina Crouse here today. I am honored to be guest designing for Spellbinders and showing you a project using the new Cut & Emboss Folders. If you are not familiar with these, they are amazing. They cut and emboss at the same time!!!! (hence their name). I was very intrigued when I saw them and had to play with them immediately. They give very nice and crisp embossed image and at the same time cut parts of it. It’s like a multitasking embossing folder. Thoughtful Expressions Inspiration | Watercolour Blessings Card with Erum
Hello everyone! This is Erum Tasneem here and I am excited to be back at the Spellbinders blog. Today I have a messy watercolour card to share with you. My card features the gorgeous Blessings Vine Frame by Marisa Job. This is from Marisa’s Thoughtful Expressions Collection. I started by die cutting the frame on ivory cardstock. Next I used Gansai Tambi watercolours to add colour to the die cut. I did not watercolour this piece carefully, in fact I just had fun and was super carefree while adding colour. Hello dear readers, Elena Salo is here. I’m sure, all of you have already seen beautiful collection by Marisa Job for Spellbinders – Thoughtful Expressions. I love every single die from this release and want to show you my first project with some of the dies. I really liked delicate lace frames and so I decorated boxes to share with you today. Here they are: I used a plain white box as the base for my project. I applied grey ink and added some shading to the box.
