Join Kim Kesti in the Creative Classroom as she creates a festive slimline Christmas card with a cool snowy technique. Today’s card features the Color Block Merry Christmas Dies which cuts the exact size of a slimline card. It also includes the Merry accent dies. In today’s video, Kim shares a beautiful card that is paper pieced together in gold, green, and red. This card includes both the positive and negative pieces cut from the die and it’s all about the contrast of traditional Christmas colors. Hello fellow crafters. It’s Jean sharing slimline holiday cards created with the Be Bold Color Block Merry Christmas die set, part of the Be Bold Color Block Collection. As a fan of pop art, such as Robert Indiana’s Love Sculpture in New York, (which first appeared as a Christmas card for The Museum of Modern Art), I was immediately drawn to this collection. Let’s see how I changed the look of the card with construction method, as well as cardstock and patterned paper choices. My first card features glitter cardstock letters in non-traditional Christmas colors. Create a white glitter cardstock base 3 ½ x 8 ½ inches. Die-cut letters from…
